• Treatment Implementation: Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by senior medical staff.
• Follow-Up Care: Ensure that patients receive appropriate follow-up care and monitor their progress during their stay in the hospital.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing information and support regarding their care.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospital environment.

Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience as an RMO or equivalent role, preferably in a hospital like Kailash Hospital.
• Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical protocols, patient care, and emergency management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick and effective decisions during emergencies.
