Our Malanda based team is looking for an experienced & knowledgeable individual to join our Roads & Projects Department as a full-time permanent RMPC Steward.
The RMPC Steward is responsible for the day-to-day and administrative management of the Roads Maintenance Performance Contract with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR).

Base salary package from $81,23+.85 (per annum) ($3,124.61 per fortnight)
A range of allowances included in base salary
Additional claimable allowances
Attractive work/life balance - 76 hour / +-day fortnight (fortnightly RDO)
Flexible working arrangements with RDO incentive
5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
Attractive superannuation - up to 12% employer contribution
Access to pro-rata long service leave after 7 years' of service
Uniforms & personal protective equipment supplied
Hearing checks, flu shots & skin checks (subject to availability)
