Join our dedicated pediatric team at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Rockville, MD! We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and highly skilled Registered Nurse to support 6 Pediatric Physicians in providing exceptional care to patients ranging from newborn to 21 years of age.
We are looking for a team player with a patient-centered approach; ability to thrive in a pediatric setting and communicate effectively with parents and/or guardians; confidence in multitaking and adapting to eveloving clinical priorities.

The Registered Nurse, RN, must be able to:
Primary focus on in-basket management and triage calls
Collaborate closely with families
-attentive, patient, and communicative
Be ready to step in and assist with urgent clinical needs in a fast-paced environment
Partner with and mentor Certified Medical Assistants
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and effective leadership skills

Qualifications, Experience and Education:
RN license in Maryland or compact state
CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
Previous RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
Minimum two years experience as licensed RN is highly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
