As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting lab operations, handling biological samples, and ensuring accurate data collection. What You’ll Do
• Collect, process, and ship laboratory samples (including blood and other biological materials)
• Perform laboratory tests following established protocols and procedures
• Accurately document data and results in both electronic systems and paper records
• Assist with maintaining lab equipment and managing inventory of supplies
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized lab environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality lab operations

Job Overview
The Site Medical Director-PACE has overall responsibility for the clinical patient care at the PACE site(s) he/she is delegated to oversee. Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience in a leadership or management role is strongly preferred.

• Education, training, and experience are necessary to meet the underwritten requirements for inclusion under AltaMed’s malpractice insurance coverage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred, depending on location.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
Compensation
$310,648.00 - $372,777.60 annually

Job Duties:
Regional Leadership & Strategy
Provide leadership oversight across all operational functions within the region – including Sterile Processing, Transportation, and Facilities.
Lead and develop site-level Directors, Managers, and Coordinators across disciplines.

Align all site operations with company strategy and regional growth initiatives.
Drive operational integration across departments to ensure seamless execution.
Operations & Compliance Oversight
Ensure consistent adherence to AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA, and accreditation standards
across all sites.
Oversee audit readiness, inspection outcomes, and regulatory compliance across functions.
Standardize workflows, documentation, and process execution across facilities and teams.
Monitor performance trends across SPD, logistics, and facilities, proactively addressing risks.
Leadership Development & Talent Management
Mentor and coach site-level leaders across all operational functions.

Skills:
