Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Unit: 606F Progressive Care Unit
PAY Compensation: $22/hour on W2+ $1246 (lodging and meals)/week
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12.5-Hour Day Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Varies)
Employment Type: Travel / Contract
Local Radius Restriction: No local candidates within 50 miles
Location: 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming, Georgia, 30041
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
NIH Stroke Scale Certification – Required
Active RN license (state or compact, as applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to PCU patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry
Administer medications and IV therapies per protocols
Perform ongoing patient assessments and timely interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
