Qualifications
Familiarity with nursing and patient care standards and procedures
Awareness of legal requirements and standards of certification and accreditation bodies, including the specifics of the hospital and respective department/unit
Good command of medical terminology, with a focus on healthcare promotion, risk reduction, and disease prevention
Effective communication skills, along with social aptitude for interacting with diverse stakeholders
Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills is crucial
Capability to identify and report changes in patient conditions, develop, and modify patient care plans as required
Basic computer skills necessary for day-to-day assignments
Completion of an accredited course or have at least 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualification required
Field of Study: The applicable major should be nursing
A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected
Certification: Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
