As an ITI fresher with a specialization in Ro (Reverse Osmosis) technology, your job description as a Ro Technician typically involves the following responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Ro systems and equipment. This includes setting up the necessary components, such as filters, pumps, membranes, and control panels, and ensuring their proper functioning.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Ro systems, identifying problems such as leaks, low water pressure, or system malfunctions. You will be responsible for repairing or replacing faulty components to restore the Ro system's functionality.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of water produced by the Ro system is a crucial aspect of the job. You will perform regular water quality tests to ensure compliance with established standards and make necessary adjustments to the system to maintain water quality.
System Testing and Optimization: Conducting performance tests on Ro systems to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness is part of your role. You will analyze the test results, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to optimize the Ro system's performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on Ro systems to prevent potential issues and ensure their smooth operation. This includes cleaning filters, sanitizing equipment, and replacing worn-out components according to the maintenance schedule.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance is essential. You will be responsible for documenting all relevant information, including work orders, equipment manuals, and water quality reports. Additionally, you may need to generate reports on system performance and present them to supervisors or clients.
Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations is critical in this role. You should follow safety guidelines while working with chemicals, electrical components, and high-pressure systems. Customer Service: Interacting with clients and addressing their concerns regarding Ro systems will be part of your responsibilities.
