Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with tyre and battery-related breakdowns, providing clear explanations and solutions.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex issues in a clear and reassuring manner.

A competitive salary of £44,000 OTE (£28,550 basic + £4,207 location allowance).

Requirements
NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience (not essential).
A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less, and willingness to fund Category BE (towing) if needed.
Happiness working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Contentment working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Clear communication skills to explain complex issues to customers.
