Our Roadside Assistant Mechanics play a vital role in this mission, using their technical expertise and empathetic approach to resolve breakdowns and get people back on the road swiftly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with tyre and battery-related breakdowns, providing clear explanations and solutions.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex issues in a clear and reassuring manner.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £44,000 OTE (£28,550 basic + £4,207 location allowance).
The flexibility to start and finish your shift from home (paid from van to home).

Requirements
NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience (not essential).
A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less, and willingness to fund Category BE (towing) if needed.
Happiness working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Contentment working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Clear communication skills to explain complex issues to customers.
