The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a permanent, full-time opportunity within our Mining division, working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This position provides administrative support across all MACA mining projects, including leave coverage as required. The role suits an experienced administrator who enjoys variety and working across multiple sites.

Key result areas include:
Previous remote site administration experience is essential.
Experience in mobilising personnel to site including arranging accommodation, training, flights, roster management and reporting.
Ability to prepare and complete purchase requisitions and purchase orders including receipting and invoice reconciliation.
Data entry experience including payroll, machine hours and site movements.
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of MS Office package.
Experience with AMT, JDE, SAP and Pronto is desirable.
A high attention to detail.
