This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs to be implemented.
Design, build, and execute automation processes, including but not limited to software robots, based on business requirements.
Monitoring and maintaining automations post-implementation and resolving any potential issues.
Develop automations in a secure and efficient manner so that it provides no risk to EML.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation through your awareness of industry developments and trends.
Identifying, reporting and discussing any emerging risks with the manager
Ensure strategic alignment of technology objectives and adequacy of controls, systems, processes and reporting capability to support the organisation's growth and efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 2 years' hands on experience in a similar role.
UiPath RPA Developer certifications would be highly desirable.
Practical knowledge of programming languages such as.NET MVC/Core and C#.
Proficiency with automation tools, preferably UiPath Studio.
Competent with SQL Server, Web APIs, Visual Studio.
Experience with agile tools and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, JIRA, Confluence).
The ability to take initiative, work proactively, be innovative and solve problems.
Ability to work collaboratively within the team and provide excellent customer service.
Experience in the personal injury compensation industry would be advantageous.
