The Role
As a Robotics Annotator, you will be at the core of how our intelligent systems learn, reason, and improve. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, evaluate, and annotate the decision making trajectories of AI agents ensuring that their outputs are accurate, logical, and aligned with intended outcomes.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented, analytical thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and want to gain hands-on exposure to applied AI systems without needing a technical background. You will play a crucial role in improving AI reliability, enhancing real-world performance, and ensuring that our models deliver measurable impact for clients.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI agent trajectories: Examine the complete sequence of steps taken by AI agents to execute a given task, and determine whether the final output aligns with the prompt or objective.
Analyze model reasoning: Dive deep into the decision making process followed by the agent to identify where it succeeded or failed, understanding the logic behind each action or choice.
Identify and classify errors: Spot incorrect reasoning steps, logic gaps, or decision flaws and categorize them accurately based on defined guidelines.
Annotate with precision: Record success/failure outcomes, mark errors, and input structured feedback on both internal annotation tools and external client platforms.
Ensure high-quality outputs: Consistently achieve and maintain annotation accuracy above 90%, ensuring that model evaluation data is reliable and actionable.
Collaborate with AI operations: Work closely with internal teams to communicate key findings, share insights from model performance, and help refine training workflows.
Work across diverse projects: Participate in annotation initiatives across multiple AI applications including robotics, industrial IoT systems, healthcare imaging, dental intelligence, and more.
