About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build motion planning and decision-making systems for self-driving vehicles, ensuring that the behavior of our vehicles is safe, smooth, and predictable to other road users 2. Build custom algorithms for different forms of vehicles such as cars, trucks, etc. 3. Develop and Implement custom planners for high-speed capability 4. Build robust solutions to cutting-edge driving problems 5. Improve how our vehicles act and react in complex and nuanced situations Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: are available for full time (in-office) internship have relevant skills and interests Other requirements 1. Must have knowledge of C++, Python 2. Must have prior hands-on experience in deploying motion planning/control algorithms on autonomous vehicles 3. Must have a working knowledge of optimization techniques and high-speed control systems 4. Must be experienced with the practical application of robotic path planning, motion planning algorithms 5. Must have an understanding of vehicle dynamics, modeling, and system identification techniques 6.
