Job Description
Presently Tinkerly is hiring Robotics Trainer for IN-DEED Foundation, which is a registered Trust that works to provide Quality Education and Digital Empowerment in government schools of Rajasthan through harnessing technology tools and engaging student volunteers. Some initiatives of IN-DEED are Adhyayan (curriculum subject classes), Jigyasa (coding, AI, IoT, robotics, aero-modeling, practical demonstration of science experiments), Samiksha (assessments), Sambhavna (Personality development, Soft-skills), and E-Kaushal (practical computer training & digital skills).
The Foundation now plans to start Coding Training for Girls, targeting 500 girl students in the current academic session 2026-24 in Jodhpur.
Responsibility -
● To provide training and grooming students through onsite coding classes, in
selected government schools in Western Rajasthan (Based at Jodhpur)
● To coordinate the Trainer partners and manage the schedule and resolve
their queries. To Teach the creative visual coding and robotics content for school students
● To Teach activities based on IoT, AI, programming, and robotics for a wide age group.
● To prepare and maintain the proper report on the Students performances.
● To conduct actual real-life projects with robotics enthusiasts and students from various age groups
● To conduct workshops on new emerging technologies for teachers and students
● To complete the student course cycle.
Fit For The Role-
● Passion for Making a Difference and creating an impact in the life of students beneficiaries. This project is an innovative attempt, wherein for the first time government school students (girls) from Rajasthan will be provided coding training.
● Should have min 2+ years experience in Teaching or Content creating on/for online
or other for coding EDTECH firms or platforms.
● Should have taught more than 100+ Students coding
● Should have knowledge in robotics.
● Should have Knowledge of C++ & Python
● The candidate should have exposure and worked on various controller boards like Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, 3D printing technology, and Drone technology.
● Candidates should have knowledge of Scratch, TinkerCad, Machine learning for kids, Code.org platforms.
● Good communication skills - in English and Hindi.
● Freshers with good knowledge and communication can also apply.
NOTE: The project is to be commenced in Jodhpur. The candidates needs to work from Jodhpur itself however reporting will be managed from Jaipur.
