Role Of Office Administrator
**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Certification Team as an Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our Veterinarians, facilitating the preparation of export certificates and other documentation.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders, including responding to queries and providing technical advice. You will also support the development of internal quality systems and maintain local procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using information technology, including the MS Office suite. You will also possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently within a team environment.
