We are hiring Roll Off Truck Operators.
Our Roll Off Operators play a critical role by filling in across multiple routes. This role is central to both the success of our crews, as well as the safe operation of our business.
Location: Calgary and surrounding area
Job Type: Fulltime, Hourly
Weekly Hours: Approximately 40+ per week

What you’ll do
Pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
Prepare, position, and service waste/recycling bins.
Operate front load, roll-off, and organic collection vehicles in tight commercial and residential spaces.
Bin deliveries and removals.
Assess bin weight, contents, and condition to ensure safe lifting.
Follow safe working procedures.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Valid Class 3 Driver License with clean Driver’s Abstract (0 demerits)
5 years of commercial driving experience
Experience in the waste and recycling management industry preferred.
Previous experience operating different truck types within the industry required.
All employees must follow the rules of the road, and company polices regarding drugs & alcohol.
