We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM of two years experience, including but not limited to Motorized and manual blinds.

This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of Motorized and manual blinds and drape tracks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Restore and repair existing installations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Window Blinds installation work, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
- 2 years minimum experience
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
