Job Description
IRONSTONE MODULAR is seeking an experienced or Qualified Metal Roof Plumber to join our team in Henderson, WA on a casual basis with fulltime potential after probation period. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of residential roof sheeting, metal wall cladding, gutters and down pipes on Modular Homes.
Tasks Performed
· Installation of Metal roofing, Velux skylights, metal wall cladding, insulation, gutters, downpipes, various flashings in residential modular builds
· Be able to ensure all work is completed to industry standards and within safety guidelines
· Be competent to read and follow drawings & Specifications
· Be Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe work environment.

Skills Required
· A minimum of 4 years roofing and wall cladding experience in Australia
· Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or equivalent qualification (Preferred) but not essential
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Be able to work to schedules and deliver work on time
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills
· Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices
Must Haves
· White Card
· Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years)
· Required basic roofing Toolkit. All other tools supplied
