FMR Building & Construction Pty Ltd is looking for experienced Roof Plumbers and Roofers who want consistent work, organised systems, and a professional team behind them.
Operating alongside FMR Building & Construction, our business delivers both residential roofing across Perth and commercial/FIFO construction projects, creating strong job security and opportunities for our team.

About the Role
You’ll be installing residential metal roofing systems across the Perth metro area, working with builders and homeowners who expect high-quality workmanship.
Our crews are supported by structured production systems, organised material supply from our Bibra Lake workshop, and clear scheduling, allowing you to focus on doing quality work.
Your work will include:
Installation of Colorbond metal roofing systems
Gutters, flashings, cappings and downpipes
Reading plans and following job documentation
Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards
Working efficiently with your crew to complete installs on schedule
For those interested, there may also be opportunities to assist on commercial or FIFO projects through FMR Building & Construction, however this is completely optional and not a requirement of the role.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in roofing or roof plumbing
Experience installing metal roofing systems
White Card
Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
WA Driver’s Licence
Reliable with a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
Highly Regarded
Residential roofing experience
Ability to read plans
Leadership capability for leading hand roles
