Roof Plumbing Site Supervisor | Adelaide$110,000 – $130,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle
Unity is seeking an experienced and professional Roof Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director/Regional Manager, you will supervise installation contractors and teams to ensure Unity’s high standards of workmanship and safety are always met, while delivering every project on time and to specification.
Key Duties
Develop work-flow timelines and ensure jobs are completed within allocated deadlines
Coordinate and manage installers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Monitor sites daily and enforce correct roof-plumbing installation methods
Conduct regular inspections and complete detailed Quality Control checklists
Identify and organise any remedial work required
Oversee compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards
Develop and deliver training to installers and contractors to maintain Unity’s standards
Proactively recruit and onboard qualified fixers/installers to build and maintain strong, reliable teams
Present a professional image and exceed both internal and external customer expectations
What You’ll Bring (Essential)
Proven hands-on roofing or roof-plumbing experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong organisational and people-management skills
Desirable
Background specifically in roof plumbing or a closely related field
