Duties

Perform repairs on existing roofs to ensure they are watertight and structurally sound.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications for roofing projects.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
Apply caulking and sealants to prevent leaks and enhance durability.
Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary maintenance.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installation or repair tasks.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to roofing tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
Basic carpentry skills are preferred but not mandatory.
A maintenance person background is a plus, showcasing versatility in construction tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
