Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work needed.
Provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials and labor to potential clients within commercial, residential and industrial clients.
Oversee roofing projects to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating
Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
Excellent estimation skills with the ability to accurately assess roofing projects.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay
10% commission per project.
