Third Coast Roofing is a Chicago-based roofing company expanding into both residential and commercial markets. With marketing, lead generation, and operational support already in place, they're now looking for an experienced sales professional to work company-provided leads, canvas targeted neighborhoods, and close residential and commercial roofing contracts.
The Role
You're not starting from zero. The leads are set, the support is there, and the infrastructure is built.
As a Roofing Sales Representative at Third Coast Roofing, you'll work a combination of company-provided leads and door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods across the Chicago area. You'll conduct in-home and on-site consultations with homeowners and property managers, present roofing solutions, and close contracts.
What You'll Do
• Work company-provided leads and conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
• Perform roof inspections and deliver consultative proposals to homeowners and property managers
• Close residential and commercial roofing contracts with professionalism and follow-through
• Track and manage all leads and follow-ups using provided CRM tools
• Represent Third Coast with integrity in every homeowner and property manager interaction
Who You Are
• Roofing, construction, door-to-door or home improvement sales experience
• Comfortable with both in-home consultations and door-to-door outreach
• Knowledgeable in residential and/or commercial roofing systems and materials
• Familiarity with insurance restoration and storm damage claims is a strong plus

• Base salary plus commission
