Join Our Team as a Roofing Technician!

• Competitive pay ranging from $23.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on your commercial roofing experience.

Your Responsibilities:
• Prioritize safety at all times, both on the job and while driving.
• Inspect roofs, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on low slope roofing systems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, listening carefully to questions and providing thoughtful answers.
• Demonstrate reliability by completing tasks on time and following directions from management.
• Drive a company vehicle daily to work at various client locations.
What You Need:
• A minimum of 1 year of roofing or construction experience, or military background.
• Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• Must be 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle).
• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• Willingness to travel out of town for up to 4 weeks if local work is unavailable (REQUIRED).
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts when needed.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
• Comfortable ascending and descending ladders ranging from 10 to 40 feet in height.
• Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Capable of loading and unloading materials and equipment from different heights and shoveling loose materials.
