Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Rooftop Solar Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of our rooftop solar products through existing distributors and establishing new relationships with dealers and customers. Key responsibilities include contacting retail shops and dealers to inform them about our products and offerings, generating leads for dealer networks, negotiating prices with competitors, preparing quotations, and ensuring stock availability with channel partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A graduate or MBA degree with 1-2 years of experience in the solar or power backup industry is preferred. Additionally, fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
