We are looking for an enthusiastic Room Ambassador to join our team at Quest Liverpool City Centre.
As a Room Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and promoting a positive image of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean equipment and rooms according to Quest standards
Maintain the upkeep of all common areas
Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
