Job Description
Guest room cleaning and maintenance
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and other public areas.
Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Change bed linens and replace used towels with clean ones.
Empty trash cans and replace garbage bags.
Check and clean windows.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.
Restocking and amenities
Restock guest room supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and water.
Refill mini-bar items and update bills.
Ensure all necessary guest supplies are available in the room.
Guest services and communication
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Greet guests and provide customer service.
Report any lost and found items to the appropriate department.
Safety and procedures
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules and hotel policies.
Adhere to established procedures for handling and disposing of linens and waste.
Ensure room cleanliness meets the hotel's standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
