The Hampton Inn by Hilton is actively recruiting members for our Housekeeping team who will help to create a warm and inviting place for our guests to call "home".
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning guestrooms, vacuuming, and making beds to the high standards of the brand, within established timelines.
Ensuring the work environment is tidy and well organized at all times, including hallways, carts and linen storage areas.
Removal of waste from guestrooms/corridors to central processing area.
Proper tagging and handling of lost & found items
Proper communication of maintenance issues
Adheres to all hotel policies regarding security, safety procedures, and guest confidentiality.
Maintains the appropriate personal appearance and hygiene when on duty, including proper uniform.
Proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
Friendly, customer oriented attitude
Works well with little supervision in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Able to communicate effectively and positively with guests and coworkers
Job requires constant standing, walking, lifting and bending
Requires some heavy lifting (approx. 40-50 lbs.)

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
