Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
Replace towels, sheets, and linens, ensuring rooms are ready for the next guest.
Ensure all guest room supplies are replenished and available.
Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Report lost and found items immediately
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with guests and team members.
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Ensure adequate linen and guest supplies are stocked in each guest room, on the housekeeping cart, and in the storage area.
Ensure the store room and all equipment is cleaned daily and that all equipment is in good working condition.
Ensure the proper handling, storage, and controls of cleaning products and the security of all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
Position Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs (13kgs)
Ability to handle repetitious movement such as pulling, pushing, lifting and bending up to 8 hours a day.
Available and willing to work weekends
