Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant at Ira by Orchid Hotels, Mumbai. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas. Your daily tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all areas meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness. You will also provide exceptional customer service to guests, respond to their requests and inquiries, and assist with any other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
