Job Description
We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for guest service to join our friendly team as a PART-TIME Hotel All Rounder. The role of an All Rounder is a mix of predominantly Housekeeping and some Reception shifts when required.
To be considered for this role, you MUST be available to work overnight shifts if required
Preference to current Accor employees will be given.
A day in the life our Hotel All Rounder includes:
Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out throughout their stay
Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences by sharing your hotel and local knowledge
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
Working a mix of Reception and Housekeeping shifts
Required to work some overnight manager shifts a week. This requires the candidate to be available to answer any emergency calls after hours and action accordingly.
Work closely with the Housekeeping Team to provide support where required. This typically includes making beds, performing public area duties and linen handling.

The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation

A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
High security awareness.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as per business demands. This role may require the successful applicant to work overnights as the emergency point of contact.

The successful candidate will possess the following;
You will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings and overnights including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands. This is a minimum criterion.
Handle juggling numerous tasks at once but still able to follow procedure and maintain a high awareness of security.
You should be a great person to work with, who is reliable, level headed and able to ensure continuous improvement through your ability to think outside the box.
You have experience in Opera, Microsoft Word, Outlook and First Aid Certificate are required.
