Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Division Manager at SUJÁN in Sumerpur. The Room Division Manager will oversee guest and customer satisfaction, manage receptionist duties, conduct training for staff, and ensure exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Training skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle guest issues effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
