We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Room Leader to join our Toddler room at Bright Horizons Broadgreen Nursery in Liverpool.
The nursery is Ofsted rated "Good" and offers an excellent transport links including onsite parking, nearby bus stops for bus routes 7, 102, 204 and 23+, and a short walk from the Broadgreen Train Station.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for children
Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to meet individual milestones
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
Requirements:
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
