Job Summary:
Hotel City Air is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Service Attendant to ensure top-notch in-room dining service for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering food, beverages, and other amenities to guest rooms while maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food, beverages, and other requested items to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
• Accurately take and process room service orders, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are met.
• Set up trays or trolleys with all necessary items (cutlery, condiments, etc.) before delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of all orders before delivery and promptly retrieve trays after service is completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service areas, including trolleys and pantries.
• Replenish room service supplies as needed.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Report any guest concerns or feedback to the management team.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards in all room service operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
