Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Service Order Taker at The Leela in Jaipur. The role involves taking guest orders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and upholding service standards.
Qualifications
• Communication and Sales skills
• Training in Food & Beverage service
• Experience in Forklift Operation is a plus
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
