Picks up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed

Cleans and maintains Room Service area and equipment

Inventories guest room Refreshment Pantries to determine consumption by guest

Prepares Refreshment Pantry charge ticket and forwards to appropriate cashier for billing to guest account

Replenishes Refreshment Pantry items consumed

Inspect Refreshment Pantry contents and maintains freshness of product

Cleans and maintains refreshment pantry appearance to established standards

Job Specific

Room Service:

• Prepares silver, room service trays, coffee etc. at start of and throughout shift, as required
