As a Room Service Waiter, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience, delivering impeccable service right to their door. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of food and any additional requests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on menu offerings and guest preferences.
• Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms, maintaining presentation and temperature of food items.
• Anticipate and fulfil additional guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of room service areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, at all times.
