We’re looking for a Room Service Waiter/Waitress who brings warmth, care, and attention to every guest experience. You’ll be part of our Food & Drinks team, delivering thoughtful in-room dining with a genuine, personal touch.

About You and The Role
As a Room Service Waiter/Waitress at The Newman, you will:
• Deliver a warm and efficient in-room dining experience, ensuring every order is beautifully presented and arrives on time
• Set up and clear trays and trolleys in line with our brand standards
• Take in-room dining orders by phone with accuracy, care, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Support the wider Food & Drinks team during busy periods or special events
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays

About The Newman
The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers, the hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
