Job Description
As Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee all operations within the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping. You will work closely with the General Manager and the Executive Committee to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will ensure compliance with brand standards and service procedures while fostering a positive work culture and team engagement.
We are seeking a dynamic and focused individual with proven management experience in leading teams to success. You will be knowledgeable in all aspects of hotel operations, with a strong ability to deliver high standards within a luxury hospitality environment. Your commitment to excellence will extend to all stakeholders, including guests, associates, ownership, and Marriott International.
Assists in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments (e.g.,Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping) and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Monitors compliance with standards and procedures. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
OR
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
