A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in application development Ruby and Ruby On Rails framework Experience with Infrastructure and Operations related systems (Identity, Authentication and Authorization Systems, Incident management systems, Payroll management systems etc.) Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Familiarity with version control tools like Git
