Key Responsibilities
• Ensure servicing customer queries and requests post disbursement of loans, esp. to walk - in customers at RAC Service Desks
• Ensure Service Request Management
• Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure adherence to TAT and QoC
• Ensure Cross Sell – Service to Sales.

• Graduate / Post graduate in Management.
