Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.
Our Energy division is seeking a Mechanical Coordinator with rotating equipment experience. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday and some ad-hoc onshore travel will be required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required
Development and coordination of Mechanical work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
What you’ll bring:
Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
Rotating Equipment knowledge
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience
