Must be Postgraduate/Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
Conduct appropriate on the job training sessions.
Plan and implement an effective training program. Preparing training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
Providing product training to the sales executives.
Freshers with sound technical knowledge can also be considered.
Experience in telecom industry will be an added advantage.
Preferably candidates from Uttarakhand only.
