What You’ll Do:
Design and architect scalable solutions across the process automation landscape
Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs
Lead implementation efforts across development, deployment, and vendor coordination
Align solutions with enterprise architecture and cloud integration standards
Stay ahead of tech trends and recommend modern automation tools
Coach and mentor developers to deliver best-in-class outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in tech, with strong solution architecture expertise
Hands-on experience in RPA platforms: Pega, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Exposure to HyperScience, OCR technologies, and cloud/on-prem integration patterns
A strong understanding of enterprise architecture, SDLC, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Banking/financial services industry experience preferred
