Your Responsibilities will include:
• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.
• Participating in release and sprint planning sessions.
The Profile
Skills Required:
• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 5 years' experience, ideally within an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager or Software Engineer role.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Expertise in Agile and Robotics would be highly valuable.
• You possess UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) certifications.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
