Job Description
Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience including, but not limited to mature design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
• Excellent Leadership skills and experience working in Application Development, Quality and Automation teams
• Ability to influence teams
• Experience in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using RPA
• 3+ years of Development Experience with Java/ .Net/ Python/ VB Scripting/ Javascript/ C# / SQL in designing and developing solutions
• 1+ years of experience using UI technologies
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing RPA and Desktop automation solutions
• Minimum of two years of work experience in the following areas: Object Oriented analysis and design, Design patterns, Database, Using Web Services, API
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): Robotic Process Automation (WinAutomation. Power Automate, UI Path), BitBucket/Git/Gitflow)
• Good knowledge of issue tracking systems, preferably Jira
• Excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter
• Is able to work individually with business partners, senior architects and managers to build automation solutions
• High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation
Good To Have Skills
• Awareness/Experience on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools
• Experience with distributed teams located in the US or other Indian cities.
