We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BOT runs, ensuring the seamless operation of our automated processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor BOT performance and execution to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot BOT run issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and enhance BOT performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to BOT configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of BOTs in various environments.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure BOTs are running optimally.
• Provide support to users and stakeholders regarding BOT functionality and issues.
• Continuously improve BOT processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and BOT management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in automation.
• Certification in RPA tools or related technologies
