Job Description
A London based Financial Industry Organisation is looking for a number of RPA Developers to join a high performance software engineering team. You’ll need to have strong experience with C# .Net or Java, the robotic process automation (RPA) tool, UiPath as well as extensive SQL experience.
This RPA Developer role will offer;
• Base Salary up to £85,000 (dependant on experience)
• Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
• Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days
• Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% Company contribution (+%) and up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% Company contribution (18%)
• Private Medical: cover for yourself. Family members/dependants can be added
• Flex Fund: £1,000 (prorated based on start date) to spend on flexible benefits
• Life Assurance: 10 x annualised base salary
• Enhanced Parental Leave (maternity and paternity): 6 months full pay, entitled from day 1.
• Continuous Learning Approach: Including study support with professional qualifications.
• Employer Supported Volunteering: 3 days volunteering leave.

This role sits within a Software Engineering Centre of Excellence which uses innovative technology to support global software delivery. The new RPA Developers will be key players responsible for developing RPA software solutions.
We’re seeking candidates that have the following experience;
• Strong hands on experience in either C# or Java
• Strong hands on experience in UiPath and other automation technologies
• UiPath Re Framework, Load-Work concepts (Proficient)
• SQL Server/Transact SQL and relational database (Proficient)
• Experience in working in an agile software development environments
