ModMed is hiring a driven RPA Administrator to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Digital Experience team team. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!
Your Role:
• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA bots to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document automation requirements.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes for automation.
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA bots, ensuring their efficient and effective operation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions in production.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the automation framework.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or similar.
• Solid understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) is a plus.
