Position Summary

Graduate degree in Engineering or related Discipline
3+ years of experience in software delivery
3+ years of experience in RPA development with UiPath or BluePrism
Design and build solutions utilizing RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism (any additional tool is an added advantage) and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the technical resource on a project
Good understanding of .Net technology stack and Excel Macros
Prior experience in a software developer role is preferred
Hands-on experience in latest version of UiPath and Blue Prism tool
Experience in Design, Development, Test and Support in line with client needs and architectural requirements
Experience in working collaboratively with multiple teams during development and release phases
Hands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, desktop application interfaces, Citrix interfaces, API, Building Custom codes and Mainframes.
Hands-on experience in Automating OCR related features, Data extraction from pdf’s is preferred
Basic understanding of programming concepts
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Understanding client requirements and preparing required documents (PDD, SDD, BRD…)

Roles and Responsibilities

Estimates and monitors development costs based on functional and technical requirements
Monitors and evaluates effectiveness and quality of the development activities
Leads comparison and evaluation of different development platforms and technologies
Leads a team in the development of multiple or large software products
Directs and monitors quality assurance and testing processes and procedures
Evaluates and reports on the quality assurance and testing process; makes recommendations to improve software / systems / solution / product design based on quality testing results
Contributes to requirement analysis process
Helps in investigating existing business processes, analyzes and defines underlying business drivers; defines and evaluates requirements and the scope for recommended solutions and programs
Manages conflicting requirements of the various stakeholders
Tests relevant solutions or programs and the impact of solutions and/or programs against identified business requirements to propose adjustments
Reviews and formalizes impact evaluation of solutions against requirements
Prioritizes findings to identify key requirements and objectives to be achieved; prioritizes features based on customer impact and time to develop
Highlights adjustments required for better alignment between requirements and outcomes
Ensures the successful completion of all major activities, tasks and deliverables pertaining to the requirement analysis and mapping stage
Supervises the advanced use of requirements analysis and mapping tools and services, including prototyping and use cases
