Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation tools, particularly Blue Prism and Power Automate, with a focus on integrating with external systems, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing business processes for automation. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of business workflows, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions using Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate to automate complex business processes.
Analyze and re-engineer business processes to identify automation opportunities, breaking down complex workflows into logical, automatable components.
Integrate RPA solutions with external systems, including APIs and SQL databases, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Implement robust error handling, exception handling, and troubleshooting mechanisms to ensure reliable automation workflows.
Utilize version control and code management practices to maintain high-quality, maintainable codebases.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance to ensure best practices in RPA development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ask insightful questions, and translate them into effective automation logic.
Incorporate AI-driven solutions into RPA workflows where applicable, ensuring alignment with data security and compliance standards.
Participate in Agile or DevOps delivery processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development cycles.
Ensure all solutions adhere to data security and privacy standards, safeguarding sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Developer Certification in Blue Prism (required).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with hands-on expertise in Blue Prism; experience with Power Automate is a strong advantage.
Proven experience integrating RPA solutions with external systems using APIs and SQL databases.
Strong understanding of version control and code management practices (e.g., Git).
Demonstrated experience mentoring junior developers or performing code reviews.
Proficiency in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and suggesting process re-engineering where applicable.
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies.
Strong skills in API calling, error handling, exception handling, and troubleshooting automation workflows.
Awareness of data security and compliance requirements in automation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating AI solutions into RPA workflows.
Certification in Power Automate or other RPA platforms.
Familiarity with additional automation tools or technologies.
Knowledge of advanced AI/ML frameworks for process optimization.
